Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chuckit! purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Make a Return

  1. Log in to your account. To initiate a return, simply log in to your Chuckit! account and navigate to your order history.
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Start a return request. Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the return process and generate a return shipping label.

What can be returned?

  • You can return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

  • Items returned with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
  • Credit card refunds: Please note that credit card companies may vary in the time it takes to post the refund to your account. Chuckit! has no control over this processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your package arrives damaged from the carrier, refuse the package.
  • If you accept a damaged package, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing for it. This will help facilitate a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged or defective products can be returned for replacement or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products determined to be defective can be returned for replacement or a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date or during the product’s warranty period (if applicable).

Incorrect Item Received

  • If you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact Petmate Consumer Services as soon as possible for further instructions.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by selecting the “Cancel Order” button in your order confirmation email.
  • If you need to cancel your order after 4 hours, please contact the Petmate Consumer Services Team. Orders cannot be cancelled after 4 hours.
